What’s your cancellation policy?
We may require a refundable 10% deposit of your estimate. The deposit will be refunded with 48 hour notice.
Do you have to come to me to provide an estimate?
Generally we don't need to come to your residence to provide an estimate. If you can send us pictures and measurements of your belongings we can provide a fairly accurate assessment. If that is not possible we would be glad to come by to see what we can do for you.
Should I tip?
That's completely up to you. We will in no way make you feel obligated to tip us. If you think we did a wonderful job and feel inclined to tip, it will be graciously accepted.
What day do you pick up household trash?
We collect trash on Fridays. Be sure to have your can out by 9AM to ensure pickup.
Will I need to do any lifting myself?
Absolutely not we handle everything for you. Just point out what needs to be moved and we do the rest.
Who typically uses your services?
Homeowners - Reclaim your space that has been overrun with junk. Remove large appliance and old furniture.
Landlords - Clear an apartment or house for your next tenant or sale.
Realtors - Does your client need a quick clean out?
Basically anyone that needs non hazardous junk removed safely and quickly.
